Rhona Silverman, a member at The Fink Law Firm, P.C., is highly experienced at representing plaintiffs in complex medical malpractice litigation. After earning her Bachelors of Nursing degree at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, Ms. Silverman took a position at a Major Metropolitan Hospital where she worked as a Perinatal Nurse Clinician, helping manage high-risk patients in Labor and Delivery. Following her nursing career, Ms. Silverman continued her education by pursuing a law degree and graduated from the Cardozo School of Law in 1995.

Rhona tried her first medical malpractice case within a month of her graduation and has had a long successful career as a medical malpractice attorney for the last 25 years. Her accomplishments include dozens of settlements and verdicts, including a $25 million verdict for an individual who was rendered a quadriplegic following spinal surgery. Her expertise in Obstetrics and Perinatology makes her the ideal advocate for children who have been severely injured as a result of negligent Obstetrical care.  Rhona currently manages The Fink Law Firm’s brain-injured infant’s department.
